The ingredients needed to prepare Baked Artichoke:

  1. Provide 1 of artichoke.
  2. Take 6 of garlic cloves minced.
  3. Use 1/2 cup of olive oil.
  4. Prepare 1 Tbsp of lemon juice.
  5. Prepare 3 Tbsp of chopped flat leaf parsley.
  6. Use 3 Tbsp of parmesan cheese.
  7. Provide to taste of salt and pepper.

Instructions to make Baked Artichoke:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Cut top of of artichoke and trim the points off. Rub lemon over cut part of artichoke. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl add garlic, oil, lemon juice, parsley and cheese season with salt and pepper, stir.
  4. Place artichoke in a piece of tin foil, and pour garlic mixture over artichoke. Wrap artichoke in the foil. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. ENJOY!!.
